Return form / RMA

You will always receive a return confirmation number from us (return merchandise authorization number), which allows you to return merchandise. Please include a copy of your sales receipt and defect description with your package. The device must be returned to us in the condition in which it was sent out. Please include the box, charger cable, headset, battery and operating manual. Please note that water damage or mechanically caused damages are not covered by the warranty. Please be aware, that in case of No Trouble Found we have to charge a handling fee of € 30,- plus VAT. If the device is not covered by the commercial guarantee and a cost estimate is to be drawn up, the following applies: If the cost estimate is rejected, a flat-rate inspection fee of € 30 plus VAT must still be paid. Should a credit note be issued and the units are returned without original packaging or accessories, the entire sales price will not be refunded. 10% will be deducted from the final sales price. Please note, that a maximum of 10 products can be registered per RMA request/registration. If you would like to register more than 10 products, several RMA applications must be submitted. Unfortunately, applications with more than 10 devices must be automatically rejected.
